Mobilelink LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Texas to deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers to the right Cricket Wireless solutions. You will represent the Mobilelink/Cricket brand with professionalism, help customers find the best plans, and support store operations as needed.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service orientation with honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and ability to work across district stores.
