Your Wireless Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and educate customers on Verizon products, guiding them through the purchase process.

The role requires 1+ years in retail or sales, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish, with a flexible schedule to cover evenings and weekends. Willingness to travel and pass a background check are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, retail or customer service experience.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales performance.
• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon Products and Services offered.
• Meet and exceed location production standards.
• Handle customer situations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete trainings as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct for staff and customers.
• Develop professional skills for future career advancement within Your Wireless.
