Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative for Santa Ana, CA. You will help customers choose devices and plans, guiding decisions with friendly, product‑savvy service.

This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, a paid 3‑week training, and room to grow through performance. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required; opportunities to represent the brand at nearby stores.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Hospitality background helpful.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
