AT&T in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Part Time Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the latest devices and services. You'll use a consultative sales approach, guide options, and help customers find solutions while earning uncapped commission.

You'll work a 20-hour weekly schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with opportunities for training and growth. This role involves in-store interactions, events, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to help you meet and exceed your goals.
• Weekly Hours: 20, with a schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks' advance seniority-based planning.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
