Qualifikationen

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Retail Sales & Customer Engagement: help customers select Xfinity solutions and maximize earnings through consultative selling and service.
• Sales Responsibilities: present and sell Xfinity products, build value, identify needs, upsell and meet/exceed goals.
• Customer Service Responsibilities: deliver exceptional experiences, resolve concerns, maintain high satisfaction (NPS).
• Team & Store Responsibilities: collaborate with teammates, maintain store appearance, participate in training and promotions.
