You will be the face of Cricket Wireless, delivering outstanding service and helping customers choose plans, devices, and accessories.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).
• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
