Rymco LLC – Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless in Indianapolis is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Advocate. You will be the face of Cricket Wireless, delivering friendly service and connecting customers with wireless solutions that fit their needs.

You will greet customers, present plans and devices, upsell accessories, and help achieve store sales goals. A bilingual English/Spanish speaker with strong communication and customer service skills is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales or marketing background preferred

Responsibilities
