Rymco LLC – Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless in Bowling Green, KY, is hiring a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Advocate. You’ll be the face of Cricket Wireless, delivering exceptional service and helping customers find wireless plans, phones, and accessories.

This full-time role offers base pay up to $20/hour with performance commissions; top advocates earn up to $28/hour. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, employee discounts, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required).
• Availability to work Mon–Sat and Sun hours as listed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and escalate when necessary.
