MOBILELINK WEST LLC is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in Lubbock, TX to deliver exceptional customer service and build value for customers. You will represent the Cricket Wireless brand with top professionalism and support store operations while pursuing sales goals.

The role offers a base+commission structure, requires at least 32 hours per week, and welcomes candidates who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish.
• Clear communication, customer-focused attitude, and honesty.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
