Mobily is one of AT&T's few large nationally authorized retailers in the United States. We seek a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC) in Austin, TX. The role offers base salary plus commission with earning potential.

You will provide exceptional customer service, tailor solutions to fit individuals or businesses, and represent AT&T with professionalism while supporting store operations. Must work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. A $500 new hire bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
