Job summary

Prime Communications, LP is seeking a Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Retail Sales Consultant for an AT&T Authorized Retailer in Goshen, Indiana. You will help customers stay connected by recommending wireless solutions and services, and you can grow into leadership roles with a large, nationwide retailer.

This role offers base pay plus a commission plan ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year potential based on performance) with a ramp-up bonus during the first 3 months.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus and helps serve a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and at least 32 hours per week.
