Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest AT&T authorized retailer in the U.S., seeks a Full-Time bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant to join our from-within team. This role offers opportunities to advance into leadership as you help customers stay connected with wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions.

You will earn base pay plus a commission plan ($40,000 to $50,000+ per year potential), plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous customer-facing experience; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or GED required.
