Job summary

Prime Communications in Jurupa Valley, CA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers stay connected by recommending AT&T wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions. You will deliver an exceptional in-store experience and work with a motivated team to meet sales goals.

We offer base pay plus commission ($40,000–$50,000+ per year depending on performance), ramp-up bonus in the first 3 months, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Customer-focused with goal orientation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the store.
