Job summary

Mobile Generation is hiring a Spanish bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate for our Plantation, FL location. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the sales process, delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires 1+ years in retail, strong communication, and a proactive, goal-oriented attitude. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to our various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating our customers on all Verizon Products and Services we offer.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
• Complete all required training as directed by Mobile Generation and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
