Job summary

Verizon Retail is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Florida. You will grow your career in a team focused on sales success, leveraging technology and exceptional customer service to expand Verizon’s network.

Responsibilities include uncovering customer needs, recommending top-down solutions, and closing sales. Training and opportunities for outbound calls and community engagement are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant sales/customer experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; schedule set 4 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology passion and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting with them and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide a complete top-down sales approach.
• Close sales through strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and up-skill across merchandising and inventory.
• Option to engage with customers outside the store at Verizon events.
