Job summary

Mobilelink LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and solutions to customers while representing Cricket Wireless professionally.

With over 500 Cricket stores, Mobilelink offers unlimited earning potential through base salary plus commissions, plus training and growth opportunities across the district. The position requires 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless professionally.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonuses.
• Participate in outside sales events or community activities as needed.
• Attend events with notice; participation is part of the job.
