Mobilelink USA is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate in Winston-Salem, NC to deliver exceptional customer service and identify tailored wireless solutions. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions with growth potential and a clear career path within Cricket Wireless stores.

You will represent the Cricket brand, support store operations, and strive to meet sales goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Training and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills; attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store location and able to work at multiple locations within a district.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; eligibility for bonus.
• Participate in outside sales events or community activities as needed.
