Qualifications

• Must speak fluent English.
• 2 years retail sales management experience.
• 2 years recruiting and developing store teams.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Demonstrate leadership and coaching to inspire and motivate the team.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and how to maximise sales.
• Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist Human Resources and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Support store personnel on the sales floor for coaching and development.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance and processes.
• Respond timely to communications and complete required training.
