Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative to engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan choices at our San Rafael, CA location. You will contribute to sales targets, learn product knowledge, and help customers find the best wireless solutions.

Base pay is just the floor. Commission is where this gets interesting. Top performers earn significantly more, and BLW will teach you exactly how to get there during your fully paid 3-week training.

What you need:

18 years of age or older

High school diploma or GED

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a background check

Strong communicator, written and verbal

Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Previous retail or sales experience

Hospitality background

Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical requirements:

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
