Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate in California. This full-time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, with a fully paid 3-week training program for new hires. No wireless experience required and opportunities to grow through performance.

As a Sales Advocate, you will guide customers through devices and plans, close sales, and stay updated on AT&T products and promotions. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.

Base pay is just the floor. Commission is where this gets interesting. Top performers earn significantly more, and BLW will teach you exactly how to get there during your fully paid 3-week training.

What you need:

• 18 years of age or older

Physical requirements:

• This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
