Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an AT&T authorized retailer, is hiring a Sales Advocate for full-time on-the-floor sales. You will guide customers through device and plan options and close sales, with paid training provided and uncapped commissions based on performance.

No wireless experience is required; you’ll learn product knowledge, POS systems, and how to engage customers from diverse backgrounds. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required, with opportunities to work at nearby locations.

Paid 3-Week Training Provided. No Wireless Experience Required.

What You Need

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset

Bonus Points For

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Bilingual skills
• Hospitality background
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

Physical Requirements

This is a floor role. Expect to be on your feet most of your shift. You will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day and may occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
