Compensation: Up to $18.00 per hour or more including base hourly rate, commissions, and incentives plus amazing employee benefits and perks.

NW Cellular, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is jumping into the Milwaukee scene. We are looking for energetic, passionate, and success-driven people to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for NW Cellular, your role will be to work with our fantastic customers, educating them on the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer and guide them through the selection and buying process. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail environments, understand how to do outbound activities to drive customers into our locations, be driven by goals and accomplishments, and be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience to earn repeat business.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate for NW Cellular, you will be:

1. Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
2. Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
3. Educating our customers on all the Metro by T-Mobile Products and Services we offer.
4. Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
5. Handling all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
6. Assisting the Store Manager in tasks assigned to you personally or the team.
7. Completing all required training as directed by Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular.
8. Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
9. Developing your professional skills to take on additional responsibilities that would lead to career advancement opportunities at NW Cellular.

At NW Cellular, we require our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associate candidates to have the following skills and experience:

1. 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business.
2. High school Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
3. Bilingual is a huge PLUS!
4. Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
5. Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
10. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
11. Must be willing to submit to a background check.
