Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative (Bilingual)

Spiked Wireless, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, has immediate openings for Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representatives. We are seeking passionate, competitive, and friendly individuals to join our retail team. As a Sales Representative, you will represent the Metro brand, assist customers with phone and accessory purchases, and work with your team to meet personal and company goals.

Compensation: Our representatives can earn over $20.00 per hour, including base pay and commissions on personal sales. Full-time employees receive additional benefits.

Daily responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Achieve sales goals through new customer acquisition and account management.
• Participate in marketing efforts, including outreach and community involvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management.
• Assist with store operations such as cash handling and inventory management.
• Maintain product knowledge and professionalism at all times.
• Be dependable, punctual, and uphold store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in wireless telecommunications.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Energetic, confident, and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Good decision-making skills and adaptability.
• Willingness to be coachable and to coach others.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., have reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
