Job summary

Spiked Wireless is hiring a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative (Spanish bilingual) to help customers choose phones, plans, and accessories in our Happy Valley, Oregon store.

You will earn an all-in hourly pay with commissions, with Tap Check on-demand payment, plus benefits for full-time employees such as 401(k), dental and vision coverage, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunications industry.
• At minimum a high school diploma or GED
• Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and have a winning attitude.
• The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates.
• Be coachable and willing to coach others
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and is willing and able to undergo a background check.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
• Exceeding monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Being a team player and be able to work in a group environment, be open-minded to learning new things and always treat customers/co-workers the way you'd like to be treated.
• Working with store management in opening and closing, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
• Being professionalism and confident of what you're selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features.
• Having complete integrity, being very dependable and showing up on-time every day, not bringing personal problems to work and help to maintain a clean, organized store.
