Spiked Wireless, an authorized Metro by T-Mobile retailer, is hiring for a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate. The role involves helping customers navigate phone and accessory purchases and guiding them through the buying process to meet personal and company goals.

We offer strong hourly pay with commissions and a benefits package for full-time employees, including health-related benefits and employee perks. Night/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years sales experience (preferred) in wireless/retail or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and have a winning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Approach every customer with the goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
• Exceed monthly revenue sales goals by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outreach and brand promotion.
• Work with store team in opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and inventory checks.
• Utilize available tools to stay knowledgeable about products and phone features.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the Metro brand and meet with our amazing customers and guide them through the phone and accessory buying process. In this role, you will work with your team to meet both your personal and company goals!

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep for Spiked Wireless, you will enjoy:

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep for Spiked Wireless, your day-to-day activities will be:

• Approaching every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.
• Exceeding monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Participating in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store/retail location.
• Being a team player and be able to work in a group environment, be open-minded to learning new things and always treat customers/co-workers the way you'd like to be treated.
• Working with store management in opening and closing, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
• Being professionalism and confident of what you're selling by utilizing all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features.
• Having complete integrity, being very dependable and showing up on-time every day, not bringing personal problems to work and help to maintain a clean, organized store.

To be considered for the position of a Metro by- T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Rep, Spike Wireless is looking for:

• 1+ years sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunication industry
• At minimum a high school diploma or GED
• Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and have a winning attitude.
• The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates.
• Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly
• Has good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Be coachable and willing to coach others
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and is willing and able to undergo a background check.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
