Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Wholesale Product Specialist at Store #2103 in Lincoln Park, MI. You will assist customers in person and by phone, recommend solutions, and ensure high satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, tinting/mixing products, maintaining files, and staying current on product features. Some deliveries may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least meets expectations (3) and completion of HR Cloud eLearning courses relevant to current position.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
