Cavender’s is seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in English and Spanish while helping customers find products that meet their needs. You’ll maintain product knowledge, use effective selling techniques, and support daily store operations to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include greeting and guiding customers, stocking and organizing displays, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Sell merchandise effectively while meeting individual and store goals.
• Ability to lift, move, and position merchandise during shifts.
• Safely operate store equipment per company policies; age rules may apply.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic instruction comprehension.
• Clear bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, engage, and thank them to deliver Best of the WEST service.
• Identify needs, recommend products, and provide knowledgeable service.
• Use selling techniques to maximize sales while keeping a customer-first approach.
• Maintain merchandise knowledge, promotions, and current Western/workwear trends.
• Assist with product selection, special orders, and locating items in store.
• Keep sales floor clean, stocked, and visually appealing; stock and recover displays.
• Ensure proper signage, stocking, and product location per standards.
• Monitor store safety and report concerns to management.
• Adhere to policies; arrive on time and maintain professional appearance.
• Support merchandising updates, price changes, inventory tasks, and other duties.
