Cavender’s is hiring a Bilingual Sales Associate to deliver Best of the WEST customer service. You will greet customers, identify needs, and recommend products in English and Spanish, helping achieve store sales goals while maintaining an exceptional shopping experience.

You will also keep the sales floor organized, stock displays, and support daily store operations. The role requires flexible scheduling and adherence to Cavender’s policies.

Qualifications

• Ensure merchandise is displayed, signed, stocked, and located per standards.
• Report safety concerns to management and maintain a professional appearance.
• Punctually report to work and follow company policies.
• Assist with merchandising updates, price changes, and inventory tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
