Fort Lauderdale United FC is seeking a hands-on, in-person Web Designer to lead visual design, UX, and ongoing maintenance of the club’s web properties. You will ensure on-brand, compelling experiences to drive ticket sales, youth program enrollments, and fan engagement.

You will collaborate with the Digital Media & Social team on landing pages, microsites, and conversion optimization, working in English and Spanish, across WordPress/Webflow, with a strong focus on performance and UX

Qualifications

2 years of web design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and UX sensibility.
Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, or equivalent CMS platforms.
Strong skills in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end customization.

Responsabilités

Design and maintain the club website and microsites in English and Spanish.
Create and update landing pages for ticket sales, youth enrollment, sponsorship inquiries, and events.
Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines across desktop and mobile.
Collaborate on conversion-optimized page layouts and UTM-tracked landing pages.
Build and update web graphics, banners, and digital assets.
Manage CMS updates and content publishing for news, rosters, schedules, and promotions.
Conduct UX audits and recommend navigation, load speed, and mobile improvements.
Support email template design in coordination with the Email & CRM Marketing Manager.
