Job summary

Crown Roofing & Waterproofing is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing projects throughout the Miami and Pompano Beach/South Florida area. This hands-on leadership role requires knowledge of waterproofing systems, crew management, and maintaining safety, quality, and budget on site.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have substantial construction/waterproofing experience, and be able to read plans, coordinate trades,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction and/or waterproofing.
• Experience supervising waterproofing crews or projects.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 30 within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for commercial waterproofing projects.
• Lead and supervise waterproofing crews, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Ensure waterproofing installations meet standards and budget.
