Job summary

ECCO Group in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support extended warranty inquiries by phone and email. You will draft polished emails, maintain confidentiality, and deliver courteous, accurate responses with strong attention to detail.

Training runs 9-5:30, Monday–Friday for two weeks. After training you’ll work weekends as needed, with a weekday off. On-site interviews may be required, and a reliable commute is expected to support consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Stable employment history; minimal job hopping preferred.
• Clear, professional communication free from slang or informal language.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to draft polished, customer-ready emails.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• No time-off requests within the first 30 days of employment.
• Willingness to work weekends after training, with one weekday off.
• Ability to come onsite for a third-round interview, if needed.
