Job summary

Ideal candidates have warehouse/logistics supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Fluent English required; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervision experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Must be fluent in English and able to work 2nd shift with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture, ensuring all team members follow company and regulatory safety standards.
• Apply core business technologies and SOPs to drive consistency and best practices across operations.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, procedures, and workload expectations.
• Manage and allocate resources to meet daily production and operational goals.
• Oversee operational workflows to ensure alignment with service level agreements.
• Monitor and validate operational performances to ensure quality standards and KPIs are achieved.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to support development and accountability.
• Assist with planning, reporting, and budget related activities as needed.
