Job summary

Schnellecke Group is seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor for our Chattanooga, TN facility. The role provides daily operational leadership, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment across warehouse activities, safety compliance, and performance management.

Key duties include enforcing safety standards, applying SOPs, driving continuous improvement, and coaching team members to achieve production goals and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual Spanish/English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing supervision preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Data entry and computer skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Apply SOPs and business technologies to drive consistency and best practices across operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and workload expectations.
• Manage and allocate resources to meet daily production and operational goals.
• Oversee workflows to align with service level agreements.
• Monitor and validate performances to maintain quality and KPIs.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Assist with planning, reporting, and budget-related activities as needed.
