Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Bilingual Group Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations in Alabama, coordinating staff, equipment and inventory to meet productivity goals. You will drive safety, quality and lean initiatives while supervising associates and aligning with engineering standards.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety principles and promote a safe work environment.
• Enforce standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks.
• Supervise and direct associates within the area.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and inventory to meet daily targets.
• Uphold company values, policies and standards across responsibilities.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to review performance.
