Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to join our operations team in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment. You will oversee labor planning, budget, and staff training across three shifts, ensuring high cleaning standards, safety compliance, and effective coordination with customers and employees.

Minimum four years of supervision in distribution centers or janitorial work, bilingual English/Spanish, OSHA and forklift certifications

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OSHA 10-hour General Industry certification.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift operator certification.
• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes including staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Provide direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel in their positions.
• Measure performance, give feedback and develop staff with safety as a priority.
• Coordinate with team to ensure daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain coverage for all 3 shifts and daily schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies; apply disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implement machinery and safety programs including forklift training.
• Manage chemicals and supply inventory with PPE compliance.

Starting Pay: $17 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements For Our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
