Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to lead on-site operations. This full-time role requires coordinating janitorial staff, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance across three shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of supervisory experience in distribution centers or building maintenance, and holds OSHA 10 and forklift/scissor lift certifications.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for communications with staff and clients.
• OSHA 10 General Industry certification is required.
• Forklift/Scissor Lift operator certifications are required.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in DCs, janitorial, or building maintenance.
• Experience with HR processes: staffing, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational budget, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of janitorial operations personnel.
• Ensure comprehensive training for all personnel.
• Measure performance, give feedback, and emphasize safety.
• Coordinate daily operations with team and resolve deficiencies quickly.
• Maintain schedule coverage across all shifts with shift leads.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Implement safety programs including forklift training.
• Manage chemicals and supply inventory with proper PPE usage.

Shifts Available

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Starting Pay: $19.8 per hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements For Our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
