Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager to lead janitorial operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires English/Spanish bilingual skills, supervisory experience, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 10 Hour OSHA certification (General Industry).
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift operator certification.
• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees.
• Experience with HR processes including staffing, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.

• Oversee janitorial operations with direct supervision of staff.
• Manage budgets, labor planning and cost optimization.
• Ensure proper training for all personnel.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to staff with safety as a priority.

Shifts Available:

Mon to Friday 8am to 5pm

Starting Pay: $18.86

As a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements for our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
