Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is seeking a full-time Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager in Littleton, MA. The role focuses on supervising janitorial operations, ensuring training and safety, and coordinating multi-shift workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Required bilingual English/Spanish skills, OSHA 10, forklift/scissor lift certification, and at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a distribution center or building maintenance setting.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 10 Hour OSHA certification for general industry.
• OSHA forklift/scissor lift operator certification.
• Experience in janitorial or distribution-center operations.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee janitorial operations, labor planning, and cost optimization.
• Direct supervision of assigned janitorial personnel.
• Ensure training for all personnel and safety compliance.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and manage staff with clear expectations.
• Coordinate daily operations across shifts and schedules.
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Implement safety programs and PPE usage.

Shifts Available:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Starting Pay: $19.8

As a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them:

• Responsible for operational financial budget, labor planning, and cost optimization
• Provides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnel
• Ensures proper training for all personnel in their respective positions
• Measures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting procedures
• Collaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely manner
• Maintains coverages for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedules
• Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where needed
• Implements company use of machinery and safety programs including forklift training
• Manages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPE

Requirements for our Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Manager:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 10 Hour OSHA certification training for general industry
• OSHA standards Forklift/Scissor lift operator certification
• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal/external customers and employees
• Experienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations.
