English/Spanish fluency required, with OSHA and forklift certifications preferred.

The position is full-time with competitive benefits. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with duties including compliance, performance management, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience in distribution centers, janitorial or building maintenance.
• Strong communication with internal/external customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial operations personnel.
• Manage operational budget, labor planning and cost optimization.
• Ensure training and safety programs; enforce PPE usage and incident reporting.
• Coordinate shifts and schedules across all three shifts; maintain policy compliance.
• Oversee chemicals and inventory; ensure proper PPE and safety procedures.
• Support forklift and safety training and program implementation.
