Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics in Woodstock, Alabama, is seeking a Bilingual Group Leader to supervise daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, equipment and inventory, and ensure safety, quality, and timely results.

You will lead associates, support continuous improvement, uphold Lean and 5S standards, and collaborate with management on shift planning and performance reviews. Must be fluent in Spanish and English and have 2–3 years of leadership in a warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• 2–3 years of inventory or cycle count experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety, quality and operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety principles and promote a safe work environment.
• Enforce compliance with standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks.
• Supervise and direct associates within the assigned operational area.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and inventory to meet daily productivity targets.
• Implement and uphold company values, policies, and standards across areas of responsibility.
• Maintain and enforce 5S workplace organization standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams on shift performance and staffing needs.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
