Job summary

BMI Merchandise in Cinnaminson, NJ, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse floor activities and supervise associates on the floor. Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse floor operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on processes and equipment.
• Monitor attendance, break schedules, and timekeeping compliance.
• Address performance issues, elevate concerns, and document corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate staffing needs, workload planning, and priorities with management.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure organization and cleanliness.
