Job summary

BMI Merchandise is seeking a Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor in Cinnaminson, NJ. This role oversees daily warehouse floor activities, ensuring efficient and accurate operations, and provides hands-on supervision of warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of warehouse experience, strong knowledge of warehouse processes, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. The position is full-time with daytime hours and benefits, including insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse floor operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement.
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on processes and equipment.
• Monitor attendance, break schedules, and timekeeping compliance.
• Address performance issues, elevate concerns, and document corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with management on staffing needs, workload planning, and operational priorities.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure organization, cleanliness, and operations standards are maintained.
• Act as a point of contact for operational issues during assigned shifts.

Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor

The Warehouse Operations Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse floor activities to ensure efficient, and accurate operations. This role provides direct, hands-on supervision of warehouse associates and serves as the first point of leadership on the floor.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Supervise daily warehouse floor operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory movement


• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and accuracy goals


• Train, coach, and support warehouse associates on processes and equipment
