Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Clerk (English/Spanish)
Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Miramar, FL. This position is primarily focused on clerical and administrative duties in a warehouse setting. While occasional physical warehouse tasks may be required, the majority of responsibilities are office-based, supporting logistics and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records of inventory, shipping, and receiving
  • Prepare and process documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain warehouse logs and inventory tracking systems
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and reconciliation
  • File and organize physical and digital documents
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support light warehouse tasks such as labeling or packing, as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative/clerical role preferred
  • Strong computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data entry
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or logistics software is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing clerical duties
  • Occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment
