Job description

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team at a growing pharmaceutical company in Miramar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries and order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and in person.

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system.

  • Track shipments and provide order status updates to clients.

  • Communicate with internal departments (warehouse, quality control, accounting) to resolve customer issues.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction.

  • Assist in managing client accounts and building positive long-term relationships.

  • Ensure all communications comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written).

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Positive attitude and a strong team player.
