QXO, North America’s largest insulation distributor, seeks a bilingual Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory in Houston. The role supports safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced distribution center.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have warehouse experience, can operate a forklift or pallet jack, use handheld scanners, and perform basic math. Local travel may be required. Competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, store in an orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs during loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform tasks.
• Perform other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Job Description

Currently hiring a Bilingual Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. Our Warehouse team members play a vital role in the daily operations of our facility. If you are a reliable team player with a desire to work safely in a fast-paced environment, then we want you to.

Your Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

Physical Requirements

Compensation

Compensation Range $13.00 - $30.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
