Job Opening: Bilingual Warehouse Assistant at Quality Ironworks, Inc.

Quality Ironworks has an immediate opening for a bilingual (English & Spanish speaking and writing) Administrative Assistant at our headquarters in Dallas, TX, supporting the Shop Foreman.

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent high school or college graduates — no experience necessary! We will train you as long as you are bilingual.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing general administrative and clerical support to management
• Maintaining and updating the production schedule
• Assigning shop routing instructions to all jobs
• Reviewing employee timecards and liaising with the accounting department
• Coordinating with project superintendents on production updates and changes
• Assisting with onboarding new shop employees
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with team members across various roles

Nice to Have:

• Previous administrative experience (2+ years)
