AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Montclair, CA for a temp-to-hire, hands-on production role. You will follow detailed instructions to assemble wire cables and package lighting fixtures in a fast-paced environment, contributing to quality and efficiency.

The position requires 1+ year of warehouse experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Steel-toed footwear and strict safety practices are expected for daily shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive hand movements during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 25 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work hands-on in production.
• Steel-toed boots or shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Review written instructions and accurately assemble wire cables by hand according to specifications.
• Package and label lighting fixtures while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
• Perform repetitive hands-on production tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Inspect work for accuracy and consistency to support product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Meet daily productivity expectations while following safety and process guidelines.
