The Virtual Banker will provide a unique customer experience to all clients via video interaction. In this position, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform a wide range of customer banking transactions, and educate customers on new technology through strong interpersonal communication skills. This position will follow established departmental policies and procedures and manage risk to protect our clients and the Bank.
