Job summary

Advanced Medical Management, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Primary Care Physician (PCP) in Lakewood, WA for full-time work in a value-based care setting. The role emphasizes relationship-based medicine, proactive health management, and personalized patient engagement.

The ideal candidate will be a MD or DO, board-certified/eligible in Family or Internal Medicine, with CA license, DEA and NPI. Outpatient experience and Medicare Advantage exposure are preferred, supporting a high-quality team-based

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted license in the state of California; DEA and NPI registrations.
• 2–3 years of outpatient primary care experience; Medicare Advantage/ACOs in risk-based models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered primary care to a panel of Commercial and Medicare patients.
• Conduct AWVs, preventive screenings, and chronic care visits per CMS metrics.
• Develop personalized care plans based on patient goals, risk factors, and social determinants.
• Coordinate behavioral health, social work, and care management with the team.
• Maintain documentation to support RAF scoring and quality metrics.
• Engage in value-based care practices with data-driven decision making.
