Job summary

Flash Marketing in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled video editor and content strategist who can create and edit short-form videos for multiple clients. You will shape concepts, edit deliverables, and contribute to creative planning, while working in a hybrid setup with strong autonomy.

This role requires a portfolio, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to manage several accounts across different client shoots. Flexibility and in-person shoots strengthen your candidacy.

Qualifications

• Strong video editor with a portfolio demonstrating editing of short-form content.
• Deep familiarity with short-form social formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Self-starter in a small team, capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Independent yet collaborative; can contribute ideas in creative meetings.
• Clear, direct communicator and comfortable on video shoots and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Edit 20 short-form videos per week across 5–7 client accounts.
• Plan videos onto each client's social calendar, about a week ahead.
• Attend 1–2 client shoots per week in the Austin area.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and concepts.
